Avant Garde Academy offers a safe, structured, and engaging Before & After School Program for students in Grades K–8, providing families with reliable care before and after the school day.
Program Hours
Before Care: 6:45 AM – School Start
After Care (Grades K–8): School Dismissal – 6:30 PM
Sibling Care: School Dismissal – 3:30 PM

Registration opens July 1, 2026. Enrollment is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with limited space and a waitlist once capacity is reached.

P.I.T. Stops
Avant Garde Academy P.I.T. Stops are informational parent meetings hosted by school administrators, covering topics like student progression, standardized testing, and summer bridge projects. These virtual or in-person sessions usually run from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM on the school calendar.
Overview of P.I.T. Stops
Lower School Sessions: Focus on the Student Progression Plan, Title 1 updates, and early grade milestones.
Upper School Sessions: Cover high school prep, dual enrollment, STEAM programs, and testing (FAST/EOC).
Format: Held via Zoom or face-to-face to connect families with school administration.

2026–2027 Bus Registration Now Open
Bus registration for the 2026–2027 school year is now open. Families who require bus transportation should complete the registration form as soon as possible to support route planning and ensure timely placement.
Deadline to register: July 27, 2026
Route assignments shared by: August 7, 2026
Eligibility Requirements:
• Students must live within a 2–5 mile radius of campus
• Students must be fully enrolled
• Bus registration form must be completed
Important Notes:
• Bus stops are centralized based on home address (no individual home stops)
• Late registrations will be placed at existing stops
• Upper and lower school students must ride their assigned buses only
Families are encouraged to review bus expectations with their students, including arrival times, boarding procedures, and dismissal timelines.
